Master of understatement!

That is some dang nice work - especially the side lacing.

What did you decide on for waterproofing?

I used mink oil, and tan kote.

I didn't mean to be understated I'm just FINALLY at a point with my leather working that I feel it is good enough to "show off." :)

Very Nice! turned out great! love the eyelet look. dare I risk the chance of showing my "newbie" side and ask what kind of a stitch that is on the side..?

That is called a round braid or Mexican basket weave. It is my favorite lacing pattern but it takes forever.

I machine sewed my last seat, man was it fast.

BUT, the round braid makes a seat look soooooo GOOD

Very nice. The eyelets give it an non average look.

But holy moly that's a lot of eyelets!

Did you have any problem with the close approximation of the eyelets to each other?

Joel sometimes when I don't punch the holes just right they can get to close but it still works out just fine.

How are you keeping water from getting into your foam core? I was thinking about mold, Love the look though. Not so much installing all those eyelets, sheesh.
