You should provide some info on your location and expectations for volume of work.

We are not sure of the volume - and are willing to work with whoever takes on the project to consider volume. It can be small monthly number to accommodate the leather worker, or larger if they want.

As a starting point, we'd like a small run of 10 wallets, and take things from there.

So this would require pattern making, cutting the parts, hand sewing and finishing the edges, correct, no tooling or finishing? What you have shown is not a problem on either, I can draft the parts on CAD, cut a pattern on a laser, and so on, just need the sizes desired, "a scope of work required", and I understand that you would supply the materials, correct? Also this would be your design and I would agree not to copy.

I do a lot of handsewn wallets, in fact thats all I do in wallets, I like the double loop calf skin lace stitch for the edge but can use nylon that looks like hemp, or black nylon thread, the parts are all cut by hand from custom patterns, and tooling or exotics laminate or painting possible too. Trying to find pictures of some past billfold work, if you are interested please let me know.
