Wyoming Slick had a pretty comprehensive one for craftool on his blog, unfortunately he took it down. I think if you go to ebay he still has an article on craftools there that has some good information. If you search these forums for stamp chart you will find a conversion chart for old and new craftools, you can find the same chart on Tandy's site.
