Members escherblacksmith Posted October 23, 2008 Members Report Posted October 23, 2008 Right, well, I operate out of Minnesota making my living as a bit-herder for a large international banking concern. My interests are varied, but lately I have been working on making interesting/good-looking stuff instead of my usual duct tape engineering sort of work. Both in Blacksmithing and leatherwork. I work for friends at a renaissance festival and enjoy wearing kilts with moderate frequency. I guess that is it, thanks! Quote
Contributing Member rdb Posted October 23, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted October 23, 2008 Welcome to the Forum escherblacksmith! You've come to the right place for sharing information and friendship. Sort of an Open Source Leatherwork community. There's some Tartan wearers here, so you wont be lonely. Duct tape doesn't tool up so well, so I think that might be slim to none in the technique department...but I might be wrong...lol Quote
Contributing Member BillB Posted October 24, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted October 24, 2008 escherblacksmith, Welcome to the Forum. As rdb has stated this is a friendly place to share and learn about leathercraft. Look around, make yourself at home. The coffee is always hot and the cookies are great. Again Welcome to the Forum BillB Quote
