Members Tosch Posted October 31, 2008 Members Report Posted October 31, 2008 I really like your style!!! BTW: since you mention "no handhole" - is there a real purpose for the handhole (besides ease of handling the saddle ?, does it really help in airing the horse's back?) ? Tosch Quote

Timbo Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 Very cool indeed!!!! I like everything about it. It has a style all its own. Love the loop seat and high back cantle without cheyenne roll. The combinations you chose for this saddle work very well in my opinion. Good job and very original. Thanks for posting. Tim Quote
Members Traveller Posted November 1, 2008 Members Report Posted November 1, 2008 wow, Steve, another beautiful saddle incredibly well done! My amateur eye sees a well-balanced saddle with a sense of calm about it, like everything is where it's supposed to be. As it no doubt is. Your shop, on the other hand, looks totally chaotic! Thanks for sharing, Steve. Quote

Mike Craw Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 Hey Steve! That's a beautiful job, and I'm sure your customer will be rightly impressed. Tosch Tosch,The first saddles I saw with no hand hole was in Idaho. It was first done to stop juniper needles getting against your horses back and also keeping the cold from coming up their. As to do we need to cut them? I think that is the customers preference. Steve Quote
