billybopp Report post Posted October 31, 2014 Really nice. Well executed and perfect stitching. Are both sides the same? Will you trade one for a 12 of Narragansett? Bill
mrtreat32 Report post Posted October 31, 2014 Really nice. Well executed and perfect stitching. Are both sides the same? Will you trade one for a 12 of Narragansett? Bill Thanks! No the back side doesn't have any pockets. just 2 in the front and one on top. Is there a way to post more pictures in a reply? I only see the option when making a new topic. Haha. I would maybe trade for a 12 pack but Im partners in a small bar/restaurant so I have unlimited Narragansett at my disposal!
DavidL Report post Posted October 31, 2014 Thats very clean looking. Do you do it the tradition way, glue everything together sanding edges square then use a pricking iron half way?

Yeah I glued everything and sanded down the edges so that the compass would mark evenly. This card holder is so thin that I punched pretty much all the way through with the iron. Grumpy Coyote Report post Posted November 3, 2014 Elementary question, but how do you construct card slots so they stagger? That is, how does the upper card not just go to the bottom, level with the card on the front?
mrtreat32 Report post Posted November 4, 2014 Elementary question, but how do you construct card slots so they stagger? That is, how does the upper card not just go to the bottom, level with the card on the front? The card slots that are in back are sewn further up on the leather body and the ones in front are sewn a bit further down...in this case they are staggered a 1/2inch.
