Help Help....pattern Enlarging

Its been years since I have been here ...and its time to get back making some leather projects...Is there a free program out there to enlarge your patterns...I can't remember the name of it for the life of me...an help would be greatly appreciated!!

I use a desktop publishing program (DTP) from Serif called PagePlus. I'm sure there's a lot of others to out there that can be used.
