rknight2 Report post Posted December 4, 2014 Hello, I am going to attempt a CC holster. When I lay out my pattern how much do I allow for the thickness of the leather. Also how does the leather thickness affect the pattern to leather differance? It will be a pancake style. Thanks for any help, Ron

srtolly Report post Posted December 17, 2014 What glockanator said but it does depend on the gun. A Glock is about a inch wide so I'll add about 5/8" to my stitch lines except around the trigger guard which I do 1/2" around.
