Well, it has been a bit since I have posted or made anything, but I wanted to share the step by step of how it came together, and gather some input on this flask sleeve. It's my first attempt at tooling and staining, so please feel free to give me some input.

This is border tooled into the sleeve:

Anyway, thank you all for looking. Next time I think I will be adding color to the skull and maybe backgrounding some, depends on what the client chooses.

Did you use a swivel knife & beveller? Modelling spoon?

Bob, yes, I basically just used a swivel knife and beveller. There was a very small amount of pear tool use for a little smoothing, but overall, I kept it very simple, as this is really my first full tooling project.
