Members Wyvern Posted November 11, 2008 Members Report Posted November 11, 2008 Here are a couple of my latest sporrans. Please be gentle! Quote
Members Dragons Pearl Posted November 11, 2008 Members Report Posted November 11, 2008 Damn! Fine work there! I would love to have one of those. Course I would have to get my kilt first. I really like the cross on the second one. Very nice work. Quote
Ambassador Luke Hatley Posted November 11, 2008 Ambassador Report Posted November 11, 2008 Great looking work.........I had to lace a belt like that once, one side was very easy, other side was upsidedown and backwards. the best i remember. Quote
Contributing Member UKRay Posted November 11, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted November 11, 2008 Lovely work. Any chance of some pictures of the back and opened up to see the inside? Quote
Ambassador leatheroo Posted November 11, 2008 Ambassador Report Posted November 11, 2008 i love these!! very clean and great design and finish...looking forward to seeing more of your work Quote
Contributing Member Crystal Posted November 11, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted November 11, 2008 Very nice! That lacing is great. I didn't think about how hard that would be until I read Luke's comments. Great job! Crystal Quote
Ambassador Luke Hatley Posted November 11, 2008 Ambassador Report Posted November 11, 2008 I'M WITH RAY, WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE BACK OF THE SPORAN....... Quote
Members Wyvern Posted November 12, 2008 Author Members Report Posted November 12, 2008 Here is a pic of the backs. Don't have pictures of inside right now. Also some more of my creations. Thanks for the feedback! I'm really pleased to have found a forum of my peers. Great place! Quote
Members calanneh Posted November 12, 2008 Members Report Posted November 12, 2008 Beautiful work there buddy!! I like the skull model!! How long have you been making them?? William Quote
TomSwede Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 Great looking sporrans!! Punisher is really cool but what catches my eyes is the braiding and the last sporrans with the bones details. It feels so solid when you use own ideas and natural materials instead of clasps (even though I love those clasps). Welcome to the board!! Tom Quote
Members Wyvern Posted November 12, 2008 Author Members Report Posted November 12, 2008 I have been making sporrans about a year now, Calanneh. I have tooled leather off and on since my rodeo days in the mid seventys. Thank you all for your responces, I really am glad to find this forum! Quote
Members Seamus Posted January 2, 2009 Members Report Posted January 2, 2009 I absolutely LOVE the Punisher sporran. Mind if I borrow the concept for myself? Quote
Members bikerbri Posted December 9, 2013 Members Report Posted December 9, 2013 Beautiful work , do you happen to have a pattern you could share with us ? Quote
Members Steve Musgrave Posted December 10, 2013 Members Report Posted December 10, 2013 These are really great. I love the look of the lacing. Quote
Members leatherquestions Posted August 26, 2014 Members Report Posted August 26, 2014 Wyvern those are beautiful! I've never made one cause they look super difficult. I might have to give it a try. By the way, I'm from Rutherford County, N.C., happen to live in Kansas now. Great Work and Keep Makin! Tip Quote
