Members snubbyfan Posted January 23, 2015 Members Report Posted January 23, 2015 Just finished these three guys. Gonna give them the weekend for the final topcoat to dry, then off they go. Next up's a strong side, appendix carry, inside the waistband holster for a S&W J frame snubby. Quote
Members Rohn Posted January 23, 2015 Members Report Posted January 23, 2015 They all look nice. What kind of top coat do you use? Quote
Members snubbyfan Posted January 23, 2015 Author Members Report Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) A little, very little Neatsfoot Oil. Give it a day or so to dry. Then Tan Kote applied with a dauber, then the excess wiped away with a paper towel, allowed to dry for a day then a second coat applied and wiped away. Let it dry a bit then buff with a soft cloth. I think it looks purty. Edited January 23, 2015 by snubbyfan Quote
Members Rohn Posted January 23, 2015 Members Report Posted January 23, 2015 Thanks for the info. That is pretty much the way I do mine too. I really like that Tan Kote. Quote
