HI Everyone, I've pulled an old Singer 169A72 out of mothballs and am looking for an operator manual for it. Its a binding machine but will also do a good job sewing leather as its a compound feed with reverse. I've a pretty good manual library but came up empty handed on this one.

Would anyone out there have a manual of pdf that could be emailed? thanks Steve

Hi, yes I forgot about the copies, I have a listing of Adler manuals but it lists 168 and 171 but no 169, Pfaff also did this machine as do the Chinese such as Cowboy CB227..... but I haven't located a manual as yet, if you happen to see the 169 manual pls let me know. Best Regards Steve

Got it wrong - it is the Adler 69 not the 169. The 169 is like the 227 type.

Hope this helps:

Steve,

Any of the later Singer machines manufactured with the letter A in the model number was manufactured by Adler. I have a Singer 144A203. It is the same as the Adler 220-50-73 machine I have. It's the same machine other than the nameplate. Parts list is an Adler part list.
