Got this little set delivered from Hong Kong today - item 271703256742 on ebay. 39 different hole cutting tools from circles to rectangles and balloon (!) Shapes. I'm assuming the balloon shapes are for smartphone camera holes? Anyway, tried a few in 3mm veg tan and they cut very cleanly indeed. Some are useful for cutting slits in belts - I don't make too many belts but there are cutters in the pack ideal for the buckle slits... something that always looks messy when trying to hand cut.
