They wanted me to mention (and someone may have already) that they are also offering big discounts first thing tomorrow morning. I order from them all they time and they are a great group of people. I'm sure they're not the only store with sales, though, so if you have a local favorite, then by all means "shop 'til you drop" (or are broke...) carr52 Report post Posted November 28, 2008 Yep, I too went to the local Tandy's. Got to meet another forum member. It's nice to put a face to the name. Picked up one of the sides that were on sale. Got a real nice one. 24sq.ft. and very clean. But I made one mistake, I bought Bruce Grants Encyclopedia of Rawhide and Leather Braiding. Now I wont be content till I have read it at least twice and braided a cow. From what I've seen just flipping through it, it looks like a great book. Also got a bunch of other stuff that I "needed".
