DavidL Report post Posted April 26, 2015 Does any one have a gusset pattern on hand?
TwinOaks Report post Posted April 26, 2015 what do you mean by 'gusset pattern'? AFAIK, 'gusset' refers to basically a strip between front and back panels, and is typically just a rectangular strip, or in some cases, tapered a bit on the ends.

camano ridge Report post Posted April 26, 2015 David, the size of gusset is going to vary depending on project so to find a pattern someone else has for a project you want to do might be difficult. I think you are looking for a formula for figuring the accordion gusset. This thread may help. http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=54491
mrdabeetle Report post Posted May 8, 2015 These are from 'The art of making leather cases vol. 2' by Al Stohlman. There are several different methods of doing this depending on the style of bag. I suggest buying these books from Tandy. They are very helpful for learning construction techniques.
