camano ridge Report post Posted April 26, 2015 David, the size of gusset is going to vary depending on project so to find a pattern someone else has for a project you want to do might be difficult. I think you are looking for a formula for figuring the accordion gusset. mrdabeetle Report post Posted May 8, 2015 These are from 'The art of making leather cases vol. 2' by Al Stohlman. There are several different methods of doing this depending on the style of bag.
