I would upload more pictures but for some reason the files came out to big. As you can see I had a heck of a time with the lacing for some reason. It is supposed to have a bar clasp but I didn't have one so I added a snap which don't work good. I am always up for a challenge and this was a challenge. Looks like your knife slipped a few times while cutting the edges though, or the leather had imperfections there.
