Members bylinesupplyco Posted May 21, 2015 Members Report Posted May 21, 2015 (edited) I've got a Pfaff 145 - H4 walking foot sewing machine for sale. This thing works like a dream. Will go through leather like a charm. I have invested a lot into the machine (machine head, table, servo motor, speed reducer) and have had it completely tuned by a sewing machine tech within the last month. Located in Portland, Oregon - local pickup only. Comes with extra needles and metal bobbins. Asking $2000 or trade for a different machine. Works great, just looking for a different kind of machine for what I'm trying to do. Edited May 22, 2015 by bylinesupplyco

Members DannyGray Posted August 7, 2015 Members Report Posted August 7, 2015 You can get them on eBay. There are two different type that are popular. First is the one seen here which has three pulleys, the second which I use is a little harder to adjust belt tension but you can change pulley sizes to get even a slower speed. You would have to make spacers if you go over an 8" pulley. First type was $167.50 and second $215.00 shipping included on both.
Members LeroyB Posted August 7, 2015 Members Report Posted August 7, 2015 Thank you, did you have to move the motor back, to the left to make the belts line up?
Members DannyGray Posted August 7, 2015 Members Report Posted August 7, 2015 (edited) From what I see in the above photos there is an alignment issue and belt is rubbing. I have my pulleys reversed with large to left and small to right. No alignment issues. The is enough play in motor mounts that a small adjustment can be made. Look in gallery I put photos there.
