Rossr Report post Posted July 5, 2015 (edited) Good question and I am not 100 percent on that myself. The end of it is a cutter the top part is a two inch skiver. And, is the 2" skiver in working condition with a sharp blade? ...I've got a project requiring a whole lot of skiing and the fortuna I usually use has a bent shaft.
