The first is a Dixon Slimline and the second is a very nice quality vintage tool of unknown manufacture. The Dixon is a special order, retails at $92 from Booth and Co - i'll do 70% of cost, or $65. The second tool is very nice - I use a set of this brand, whatever it is, and prefer it to the Dixon - $65. Cheers, Shane
