Members Miarabianversatility Posted October 12, 2015 Members Report Posted October 12, 2015 Hi All, I have a N. Porter saddle I am trying to find out more about, including a rough value as I do not have a use for it and would rather it go where appriciated. It has elaborate tooling, including a floral pattern with a bronc and rider on the fenders. The Bronc even has NP "branded" on its flank. The stirrups are tooled floral on one side and "basket" weave on other (like half and half). I attatched a collage of pictures as I am limited on up load and havent had time to make a public album yet (which I will and add link). Conchos do appear to be silver, and what flaws and minor damage can be seen in pics. Skirt leather is a little stiff but nothing a good oiling cant help. Not rotted or cracked, and the flocking on bottom is in grand shape and seems to be original also. Any help appriciated. Quote

Members Colt W Knight Posted October 12, 2015 Members Report Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) Was the saddle made in Arizona or Texas? Does the Logo have a steer head? Without seeing it in person, I would value it around 500$ Edited October 12, 2015 by Colt W Knight Quote
