I have an old draw knife up for grabs, not sure of manufacturer but could be an old Osborne....here is the skinny....I bought it and never used it....put a new blade CS Osborne blade on it and I never got it to cut real well...probably operator error.....or maybe a bad blade. Nevertheless, I bought another strap cutter and now this just sits...maybe it will work well for you. Only apology is one of the nuts is not original but fashioned to look old.....$45 shipped priority in the cont. USA .... message me if interested.
