Members CraigJhnsn Posted December 18, 2015 Members Report Posted December 18, 2015 This is what I guess would be like a toiletry bag, or something like that. Second attempt at making one. First time not dying the leather. My mom has been wanting one, and she really likes the look of natural leather. One of those things that as soon as I finished I knew what I would do different the next time. It was fun to make and learned doing it. Followed a pattern with is, but not really sure I like how the zipper is stitched. Next one I may run a saddle stitch or something. Just not sure how I feel about the look of the stitch as it is on this one, but it's secure and the zipper works. Critiques are more than welcome, and appreciated. Thanks for looking. Quote
Members The Dawg Club Posted December 18, 2015 Members Report Posted December 18, 2015 They will get better every time! I would make the stitch line for zipper closer to edge. Also try to skive edges where you are sewing pieces together. Mom will love it anyway! Good job...keep it going Malik Quote Equipped with Adler 867 M-type. Next a 441!! www.facebook.com/THEDAWGCLUB
