Members TCon Posted January 18, 2016 Members Report Posted January 18, 2016 I'm looking at stamping a logo on my leather work, like wallets. However, I am uncertain of the order by which I should do this. Do I stamp the leather before I dye it, or after? If I stamp it after I dye, do I need to finish it before or after the stamp? It's a c clamp brass stamp. Thank you! Quote
Members Colt W Knight Posted January 18, 2016 Members Report Posted January 18, 2016 Color is always the last thing I do, I don't want to stamp something then realize I need to touch up around the impression because it's extremely difficult to go back over something and get it to match unless it's usmc black.
