Members gmace99 Posted February 13, 2016 Author Members Report Posted February 13, 2016 Thanks for the kind words guys. I do like sharing what I know. The hard bit is working out what to do next. I do want to take the myth out of pattern making. I find most patterns really easy. So easy I never keep patterns I bin them and just redo them when I want to make things. I did do a simple notebook cover video. This showed a simple pattern. I might do a tote bag next again showing how I do the patterns. Members monkeytamer Posted February 13, 2016 Members Report Posted February 13, 2016 Thank you for the video upload, as was previously mentioned you made this video concise and very targeted and that is much appreciated. A quick practice with the technique you showed has significantly improved my stitching. Thanks! Quote

Members monkeytamer Posted February 13, 2016 Members Report Posted February 13, 2016 The way you explained it was definitively very easy to understand and simple to put into action. After watching other you tube videos I had been pulling my backside thread to the top of the hole before putting through the front side needle and I could not understand why I wasn't getting a better angle on the stitch but after seeing you doing the opposite ( backside thread to the bottom) it kind of clicked for me and I'm getting much better angles now.
