All Gromets Are Not Created Equal

I had to go up to Zack Whites Leather to get wallet material, also decided to pick up gromets. I always ordered gromets from Tandy, today I got CS Osborn gromets. WOW! What a difference, Tandy's are thin and cheap, Osborns are heavy and quality made. For years I was brain washed by Tandy that their hardware is just like everyone else's, so now I get to ask if there are any hardware manufacturers on these pages?

It is not just the grommets either.

Yeah, I’m finding that tandy cuts some sharp corners and they caught themselves gouging the people and lowered prices across the board!
