Tension adjust for mask

Hi, does anyone know where to find something like this, or what would you call this tension adjuster/lock.. 

On the the "lock" on the picture is from a safety mask, and it doesn't have to be exactly like that, but something easy and similar.. 

 

Anyone please? :-)
