How sweet it is!

I'd be proud to throw that on one of my horses! Awesome work! :You_Rock_Emoticon:

Really Beautiful work! Tell me (and others I'm sure)

What tool/s do you use to get the cross cut circles? I have always cross hatched with a swivel knife but when I make the "cross" cuts they tend to close up the original cuts. Your's stay open and wide. Am I cutting them while too wet? Not using a wide enough blade, etc?

thanks so much for posting and Merry Christmas

Really nice Steve! As I told you last night, I just love the skirt rigs! Good tooling job too...they're gonna love it!

I have yet to see a saddle of yours that doesn't look perfectly balanced, Steve. I'm a big fan of relatively plain saddles but even when you post ones with a lot going on, they still feel nice and calm.

Great work!

Wow, thats lovely! Great carving! Nothing like working under a deadline though...

Just out of curiosity is it common to see the California half double / overlaid stirrup leathers on swell fork saddles? I've only seen them on wades and other slick forks.
