Wheelchair armrest bag needed

I would like to have a leather bag made to hang off of my wheelchair armrest.

 

I'm an electrical engineer and designed a circuit board that will give an audible sound when this bag is opened.  Whoever makes this would need to work with me to encorporate the circuit board into the bag.

I use an electric wheelchair and would like a leather bag made that will hang from my armrest.

 

I've had my wallet stolen out of my previous bag.  I'm an electrical engineer and designed a circuit card that will let out a loud noise when the bag is opened.  This board will be incorporated into the cover of the bag.
