Messenger bag

Hey guys.. wana try to make 1 of those messenger bags for me.. what kind of leather do u guys advice? Veg tan leather for that hard look.. but how many oz?

4-5 ounce should be good, but I'm no expert.

If you are doing one of the bags where you sew it then turn it the right way out I would go for something 1.5mm or less. I recently made my first ever bag and it was from 1.8mm leather that was quite stiff. I had an awful time trying to turn it and it left a few crease marks on it.

have u try to use water to fold him?

It depends how you are constructing the bag? If you are having one main peice for the front/back and flap i use water and my bonefolder for that! If you want you can message me for more details and i will get back to you asap!
