oltoot Report post Posted March 4, 2017 Yes, but you cant do as good a job. And to do it right you will need to fit a top plug of plywood over the metal. Recovering over the swell cover is pretty much OK if it's going to be covered up with a mulehide wrap and then a rubber overwrap and can be done much cheaper.
