faiz Report post Posted March 15, 2017 Hi have anyone heard of this little company? Anyone purchased a press from them, and can offer a product review? http://trunk.bandec-japan.com/en/detail/Hand-press-TW-PS16 Kind regards Faiz
TZBrown Report post Posted March 15, 2017 5kg weight, not very heavy, depends on the use I guess 16mm stroke, not much space for a setting tool and material under it, but again it would depend on what you are doing with it

I would use it with custom dies, making smaller leather goods as wallets, smaller bags, and other miscellaneous leather goods. Any recomendations regarding leather presses? brand? TZBrown Report post Posted March 16, 2017 Here is another thread that was on presses I think most folks that are more hobby than pro may use an arbor press
Brianm77 Report post Posted March 16, 2017 I am tons more hobby than pro, I would agree with the use of arbor press. This was done with the half ton model from harbor freight. Couldn't go wrong for $60 stamps still had some ink and cut in leather. But it was on a piece of scrap.
