I've been viewing the forum for several years and finally joined a few weeks ago.

I'm 63 and live in western PA. Growing up on a farm, I've always been around leather. We had horses, so I took care of the saddles and related riggings.  Living fairly close to a couple of Amish harness shops, I had access to a good source of leather, hardware and the wealth of knowledge of the shop owners. I've always liked the western cowboy, Native American and the early 1800's fur trapper styles, all of which have influenced my own leathercrafting style.

I enjoy making knives, belts, wallets and a vast array of other items and have posted some of my stuff In the Show Off section. Below are some pics of leather that I incorporated in my pick-up truck.

Really enjoy the forum and hello to everyone.
