Members matthewb137 Posted October 29, 2017 Members Report Posted October 29, 2017 2” x 2” square? Is that stamp custom or did you purchase it somewhere? I’m highly interested. Quote
Members Studio-N Posted October 29, 2017 Author Members Report Posted October 29, 2017 I made it. It's on 1/2" delrin plate for a press. It is $20 plus ship. Quote
mikesc Posted October 29, 2017 Report Posted October 29, 2017 (edited) Bear in mind when describing this stamp to anyone that it isn't actually a Maltese Cross..a Maltese Cross doesn't have the "bumps" that yours does between each pair of points ( Maltese Cross has 8 points and no "bumps" )..it is an interesting stamp, I'd have described it as more of an "adapted 4 leafed clover base".. but you risk getting returns if you keep your description, not to mention Maltese people ( there are many people of Maltese origin living in the USA and around the world, lots in Australia for example ) getting irate ..they are very proud of their cross.I lived there for a few years, if anyone gets the chance to visit Malta , I can thoroughly recommend it. https://www.maltauncovered.com/malta-history/maltese-cross/ Edited October 29, 2017 by mikesc Quote
