That's the only way you will get an honest answer. A photo would help too, especially if it shows the feet and needle bar. You will certainly need a walking foot machine. Some are more capable than others. But they range from light weight 31-15 to 7-33. And of course leather comes in all sorts of weight. As said need specifics on machine and what lether you want to sew. Quote
