I got the same problem with you. After I polish the blade, I can't use the machine anymore. Did try so many times but still doesnt work at all. Thank you & Happy new year! Here is a link to the a very similar splitter to mine. when you’re setting your blade... you must align the sharp tip of your blade with the very highest point of the roller exactly straight. so.. the blade must line up 2 ways. 1) Looking down - must be straight across with roller (I used the shine off the steel roller to line the blade). 2) use something to put between the roller and blade to measure the height at each side of the blade (then it can be adjusted to any height after setting). hope this helps. Hello, I didn't see any link from your comment. Please share it again. I know someone using the credit card to put in between. Credit card is 1/16" thickness then from there you can know exactly the thickness. Quote

It’s more important to have the very edge of the sharp blade in line with the exact top of the roller. Quote

It looks very easy with him.. but not really easy with me thou lol. Because I wanna thinner the card pocket for wallet (so that the size is a bit bigger). I did try sometimes and it just cut a bit in front then get off the leather. I dont know what is that problem... Quote

At 3:14 in this video, have a look at the placement of the blade against the roller. This is how your blade should look. then you can adjust the thickness to what ever you like. if this doesn’t work, I’ll just have to call over to your place and fix it for you! oh dam... I don’t know where you live? Quote
