I have miles of thread and a ton of leather. Sometimes just doing projects isn't enough. I've seen improvement in my stitching just from doing projects but I think I am going to start doing it just for the sake of doing it. Time to make the gravy. bikermutt07 Report post Posted January 4, 2018 I'm glad that those words of wisdom is motivating you guys. So, I'm gonna share the story. There was a lady who used to babysit me as an infant. Her husband and my parents became great great friends. The kind of people that you take road trips with. His name was Ed Earl and she was what we called Franny Farkleberry (real name Francis). One day I was eating some biscuits and gravy at her table. In my mind, i was comparing her gravy with my mom's while she was busy making another batch. There were a lot of us in the two families back then. 13 of us all together. My mom's gravy has always been missing something. So, I asked Franny how did she make that gravy taste so good?
