hi, had a pretty old scrappy wallet decided to make my own. was a bit harder then i thought :) o well will get better

Dont really like seeing the coin pocket so fat, needs to be a lot slimmer on its edge. better skiving next time on that flap. and don't like seeing it on the left side of the wallet.

Another thing  is its size, its a front pocket wallet i think ill re make it for a back pocket so i cat fit letters or paper on it.

had a pretty hard time getting straight line folded edges, making it harder to sew straight, if anyone has some pointers on how to get those straight stitching lines pre marked would love hearing some. I think ill try cutting my pieces on a cutting mat with straight edge marks might make my life a bit more easy next time.

Also learned that lambskin gets wacked after skiving, so i feel its better to 1 skive(somehow) and cut later, thus getting better straight lines... anyways watcha think? its my actual first wallet and pretty much 1 times sewing on a machine(old 29k patcher with really stupid tight stitches) and went straight to a bi fold folded edge wallet. turned out to be harder then i thought and a full day of work but i liked it.

Looks great for a first try, well done, if you can see your own faults, thats 3/4 of the battle to perfection , unfortunately i have heard but never got to that situation, where you can see faults but other cannot.

Ty, any tips on getting Nice straight folded edges? Was looking around, guy who helps me out with tips tells me they use machinery to get perfect folds on an industry level, on a more home setup ive seen people use a stiffener. What is this "stiffener"?
