Guest Blackbird Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 Hello, I am looking for an apprenticeship In leather working. I’ve been doing my own hand stitching for about a year now and recently launched a website www.blackbirdqualityjunk.com I’d like to learn as much as I can from someone more seasoned than I to eventually make leather jackets and boots. My shop is currently located in northern Colorado but I am willing to relocate if the job is right. Please email me at mkeaton@blackbirdqualityjunk.com Quote
bikermutt07 Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 It's nice to see someone step up and ask. I see you are a guest. Maybe you can learn a good bit more here by signing up. This site has 10s of thousands of members worldwide. Everyone here is really helpful. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
