dfrensdorff Report post Posted August 15, 2019 I was looking for one myself .... Howard, Kingsley or Kwikprint, since I wanted an older American made machine. I ended up with 4 Howards. Up for grabs here is a Howard J-100-A Hot Imprinting Machine. New cord and a soft cleaning. Heats up and adjusts perfectly, and makes a great impression into leather .... they are used for foil as well ... I was able to get a decent gold foil impression. (This takes some practice because of the amount of heat needed for different leathers and foils). Also included is a single line type holder, a holder that you attach your logo stamp or makers stamp to (can be done with a heat sensitive two-sided tape), and a set of Kingsley 18pt type so you can play around with initials etc. This machine also has the added foil advancing set-up.
