Hi all! New member here with a question. I have a Consew P1206RB that I believe has a popped clutch but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it. When I purchased it I was familiar with the usual 206-RB's. When I was shopping for a new machine the description for P1206RB said it has a safety clutch so I bought it & it's been running great until yesterday. I finally had a thread jam & discovered the clutch is nothing like the 206 RB's. I scoured the manuals which have no mention of trouble shooting a popped clutch, nor any mention of a clutch at all, and after hours of internet scouring I cannot find a single source for this.

I'm hoping one of you might be able to help! Huge thank you in advance for any insights.

I am going to assume you mean a Consew P206 RB as I didn't think the P1206 rb had a safety clutch:

Try this link for the P206:

I read the description of this machine on two websites and there is no mention of a safety clutch. You can get the specs and manuals for the P-12206RB-1 from Consew, or read them online. If true, I suspect the lack of the clutch has something to do with the lower price than the 206RB-5.
