Hi. I'm looking for someone to turn a dog collar into a man's bracelet with name stamped for memorial

our 5 year old dog very suddenly and quickly got diagnosed with aggressive cancer. I would like to have a man's bracelet made for my husband out of our dog's collar. I would also like for the dogs name and a paw print on the bracelet.
