I’m trying to adjust this machine but the manual has a little blind spot that I’m hoping someone can help with. There are apparently two types of needle bars those with timing marks and those without. Mine - without. The manual gives a measurement (3/32” ) to raise the bar from it’s lowest point in order to set the needle bar height. This is, I believe, the upper mark  on the needle bar that is lined up at the bottom of the needle bar rocker frame. . Now in the next section for hook timing the manual doesn’t give a measurement but rather says use the lower of the two beedle bar marks. Does anyone know the neasurement between the two timing marks on the beedle bar in question?

3/32" (2.4mm approx) is the distance between the 2 marks. The upper mark is when your needle bar is at bottom dead center and the lower mark is when you have risen the needle bar 3/32". So w/o the marks, bring your needle bar to BDC from there raise it 3/32" at this point the tip of the hook should be in the center of the needle 1/16" (1.6mm approx) above the needle eye.

This video may help you
