Durkop-Adler 367 - does anyone know anything about this machine?

Hi, I found this Durkop-Adler 367 sewing machine available for pick up locally, but I don’t know anything about it. I need a sewing machine that can sew multiple layers of 4-5 oz leather. I currently use various models of Consew RB-1 to RB-5, would this model work on that?  Also the asking price is $1500, is that a reasonable price for it? I can’t seem to find a lot of information online.
