Members NicoleS Posted December 15, 2020 Members Report Posted December 15, 2020 I picked up a used Sunstar KM 640 BL recently and I’m looking others who have this machine. My choices for used machines were pretty limited, I currently live in South Korea and there are a LOT of repair shops, but no one speaks English and my Korean is not up to par with sewing machine repair. While I’ve been able to do the basics like timing adjustment via YouTube videos, I can’t find much about this machine on the web. Quote
Members Constabulary Posted December 16, 2020 Members Report Posted December 16, 2020 maybe you can explain your problem. Sewing machines often have similarities across the brands so smaller issues often can be solved by "looking over the fence" Quote ~ Keep "OLD CAST IRON" alive - it´s worth it ~ Machines in use: - Singer 111G156 - Singer 307G2 - Singer 29K71 - Singer 212G141 - Singer 45D91 - Singer 132K6 - Singer 108W20 - Singer 51WSV2 - Singer 143W2

Members alainbriot Posted April 17, 2024 Members Report Posted April 17, 2024 is the Sunstar KM 640 a Juki 341 clone? If not, which machine is it a clone of? Quote
