TechSew SK-4 skiver won’t feed

Hello,

I have a TechSew SK-4 bell skiver. I have tried every adjustment I can think of...it just won’t feed. The feed roller just spins beneath the leather but won’t actually grip it and push it through. No adjustment seems to make a difference. (The blade is freshly sharpened.) Please help! TIA

I found a video on YouTube by Myth Leather that was really helpful. I think I figured it out? I had adjusted my bell blade too far down from the foot.
