tshupe Report post Posted April 10, 2021 On my Ferdco Pro 2000 when I start my sewing the tension looks good but as I stitch my top thread gets tighter and tighter. Constabulary Report post Posted April 10, 2021 W/o sitting in front of your machine or having seen any pictures I guess either the top thread causes tension due to hanging thread at some point in the thread path or the shuttle hook spring is faulty (for what ever reason) and thread moves out of the spring. tshupe Report post Posted April 10, 2021 My apologies for not including any pictures. haha by the time I posted I was getting a little frustrated after the hours of working with the machine. It seemed I would get one issue fixed only to have something else pop up. of course I am a definite newbie to sewing. In the photo the white thread is on the bobbin.
