Glue for Leather jackets

For many years we used the glue from Basic Adhesives (Dritac) #300 and/or # 851. For the last 4-5 months they do not have raw materials for it and they don't ship. We getting desperate and I am trying to find a replacements. We usually buy in 5 gallons bucket. 

The character of the glue is that it is fast drying BUT it is gluing on contact even when it is dry.

Any one can suggest a replacement product?

Try Masters quick drying cement and/or Barge super speed toluene free contact cement.

I am currently using Barge all purpose, clear, TF, quick dry cement in a 32 ounce can with a brush. It is available in larger containers too. But, it costs less to try a quart!
