Adler 068-4272 high post bed walking foot double needle

Would anyone have a manual or any information about this sewing machine?

I have one but found nothing about it.

Your machine is a extra long high post version of a 68-72.   Feet, hooks and a lot more from the 68-72 will fit your machine.  Judging from the color of the machine, it was made in the 1980's.  However, could be earlier as it might have been repainted.
