I guess I just like doing these.They are not good for anything except showing off what

can be done on a custom style order.

I sit and pound these out and wife has the Audio book going so life is good.

Hello Stewart,

They are good for something. They please you and provide comfort during the creative process. I say that makes them valuable items.

You must be retired. I am and understand the need to be busy. My current "something to piddle with" project is making 1911 grips. Some carved, some with inlays, and some just plain.

Got a couple of "for me" leatherwork projects planned just as soon as I finish a gunstock I'm building and clean up the huge mess I've created with that. Right after I finish the current set of grips I put aside for the gunstock that is.

Thank you Ray. Doubleh Yep-- I done tobacco pipes, Knives, welded hanging baskets

and flunked on Honey do's. Harbor fright does not interest me no more and Flea markets

have the same stuff in the same place. Yep retired.
